Universal Insulation Doctor provides home insulation services in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area, including but not limited to attic insulation, crawl space insulation, insulation removal, and disinfectant treatment services. All services are subject to a written estimate and agreement prior to commencement of work.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided without obligation. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Prices are subject to change based on actual site conditions discovered during inspection or installation.

4. Warranties

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms are provided in writing with each service agreement. Warranties apply to workmanship and materials under normal use conditions. Manufacturer warranties for materials are separate and subject to manufacturer terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Universal Insulation Doctor's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services beyond what is required by Virginia law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
